MEET SOME OF THE MIH TEAM

Here at MIH we are proud of our strong work ethic.

Our Team is central to the spirit and effectiveness of MIH’s service, and we enjoy sharing team news from time to time so you can get a true sense of our characters and how we work together so cohesively.

Taking the lead

At the head of the Team we have Sarah who has been running MIH since its inception in 2016. A dynamic, capable and extremely knowledgeable individual, Sarah has a huge infectious energy which you sense from the first point of contact. She motivates and drives the team, keeping a close eye on the all-important quality and standards, whilst simultaneously raising her young son. A well rounded and positive person, Sarah encapsulates all the MIH stands for which emanates across the business.

The senior team

Next are the senior team, Candice, Richard, and Matthew. Each major in their area of the business keeping everything organised, accountable and ship shape maintaining customer care whilst innovating fresh ideas. MIH have invested in the latest technology and software to ensure that customer accounts are managed to the optimum and the senior team are always ahead of the game and looking for ways to further enhance the MIH service.

New members

We recently welcomed Chad Bryant to the team. A highly experienced Senior Property Manager in some of London’s most prestigious boroughs, Chad brings wisdom and calm capability to the team. His reputation follows him and he has proven a great addition to the team mix!

A welcome return

We were also pleased to welcome back Senior Property Manager, Joe Starkey. A long-time former employee, colleague and friend, Joe initially left for pastures new in September last year. But as it turns out the grass isn’t always greener and after some time in the other field, he decided that he’d rather be back at MIH. We see this as a testimony to the team feeling here at MIH and we’re delighted to have him back in the fold.

Moving forward

We’ll be saying goodbye to Molly after 2 and a half years with the team. Molly began as an apprentice and worked her way up to a Property Manager position, proving herself as a capable and competent recruit. We wish her all the best for the future.

Meanwhile, Mia, who also joined as an apprentice 2 and half years ago is now on maternity leave having just given birth to a son – our congratuations . Again, we wish her all the best with her new addition and will look forward to her return after her maternity leave. MIH offer flexible working options for all the team, so this should help her to balance work and motherhood.

Moving upwards

Demi has been promoted to Executive Property Manager. She previously worked in Chelsea and so whilst MIH has been a change for her with our broader client base, she has embraced the new and is clearly making a success of it.

Wedding bells

And finally, in this edition, we have bright spark Adam, who brings positivity and a smile to the office. He has a glowing future ahead – both looking forward to getting married this summer and aiming to progress his career. But we’ll be focussing more on Adam and his development in a future article.

The whole is greater than the sum of the parts

Whilst we haven’t mentioned everyone individually in this update, look out for future news when we will be shining the spotlight on several of our key team members and their roles, and when we will be catching up with some of the other stand out events and activities of the wider team.
