Since working with Tim and his Board, MIH have been able to find practical and resourceful solutions on maintenance and health and safety issues. These solutions always ensure that the block is compliant, but often do not involve major expenditure. Where issues arise, we always offer and discuss alternatives for the Board to consider so we’re able to reach the correct decision for all parties involved in the building.

This property comprises three buildings of 108 flats and 18 Freehold houses. The Board followed Sarah from her previous role to become founding MIH clients.
