Mrs Ravon is an overseas landlord who was being deluged by an increasing number of requests from tenants. As she only lives in the UK part of the time, these requests were becoming more and more onerous; especially as COVID 19 meant she was unable to visit the UK for over a year. A happy MIH client recommended us to Mrs Ravon and we had an introductory conversation.

When we first met Mrs Ravon, we told her that she did not need us and thought that was the end of that. We were therefore delighted when she ignored us and asked us to look after her properties. We were immediately able to negotiate a tricky deposit refund with TDS (an issue we inherited from when Mrs Ravon was managing the property), which meant she was not out of pocket.

As Mrs Ravon’s portfolio has grown, we have been able to maintain almost 100% occupancy for her properties.

We’ve also overseen the extensive (and cost-effective) refurbishment of a property that had been occupied by the same tenants for a decade. The house was let again just before the COVID lockdown in 2020 and, due to our working relationship with the letting agents, and our unparalleled ability to Make It Happen, the tenants were able to start enjoying their lovely new home just before the Government put a halt to house moves.
