WRAPPING IT UP FOR THE FESTIVE SEASON

As 2025 draws to a close, we won’t be sad to see the back of it. It has been a year mostly defined by economic uncertainty, giving rise to a wavering property market, both sales and rental. The much-anticipated Renters’ Rights Act was something of a cherry on the top!  

In many ways, it is not easy to predict what happens next, but you can absolutely guarantee that something will happen, the World will not stop turning. So, better to tie up loose ends for 2025, close the laptop, tidy the desk and park the World for now.

Instead, we recommend focusing on the festivities. Spend time with friends, family, and those you love, and appreciate all that you have. That’s what we intend to do, and we raise our glasses to you, our clients, suppliers and colleague, as we wish you all seasons greetings.

As for what 2026 holds, well as Ghandi famously said, ‘Be the change you want to see.” Seems like a good place to start.
