CELEBRATING NINE YEARS OF SUCCESS IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN THE CAPITAL

MIH is proud to reach its ninth birthday. Since its inception in 2016, the MIH team have put heart and soul into delivering the best possible service to clients in Greater London and Kent. We firmly believe that we have remained true to our original ethos:

During the 9 years that we have been operational we can summarise our actions in 5 ‘pillars of strength’.

1. Experience

already well versed in the daily management of property across the Capital when MIH first opened its doors. Since that day, we have steadily built on this foundation, introducing new characters and skills into the team to meet today’s property management challenges. Our know how is one of key selling points.

2. Diligence

The last nine years have witnessed sweeping changes in compliance and legislation. From the Building Safety Act 2022 to the recent Renters’ Rights Act 2025, meeting safety standards and legal requirements has proven to be one of the greatest challenges facing Landlords today. We are diligent about keeping abreast of the changes in legislation and 100% committed to being proactive on behalf of our clients.

3. Resilience

Like everyone else, we are working in an ever-changing market. The ups and the downs seem to have become even more extreme requiring us to stay vigilant to cope with the roller coaster effects. We find ourselves looking at a landscape where the UK economy is currently under serious strain, (and global stability seems about as tenuous as it has done in our lifetime). Whilst we can’t fix World issues, we can certainly face what is on our own doorstep – and hold the tiller steady for our clients. MIH has shown itself to be consistent, reliable and resilient.

4. Evolution

We are not afraid to actively embrace change. It is vital to adapt to the marketplace and changing demands in property management – whether it is the stringent safety measures for Higher-Risk Buildings, the Decent Home Standard, or the new Assured Periodic Tenancies. We manage all of these matters via state-of-the-art software, welcoming new technologies and leveraging AI to improve our services and ensure compliance for our clients. We remain open and ready for future development.

5.Momentum

No time to stand still, we are always striving forward. Our dynamic team consists of experienced seniors leading the way, supported by a new generation of fresh up-and-coming property managers and team assistants. We have an apprenticeship programme to bring on new talent and teach them the MIH way, to ensure the same premium level of service for many years to come.

All told, we have a solid nine years behind us, and we look forward to the next nine and continuing to uphold the Gold Standard of Property Management.
