As we reach our 8th year of business, we are thankful to be in a solid and steady position. There have been some particular challenges this year: new government, new laws, but MIH remains committed to delivering excellent service in the property management sector.

Here’s 8 ways that we are leading the field:

    Our team have been chosen with care and diligence. When recruiting we look for individuals with specialisation in different areas: block, residential and commercial property management, legal, accounting, software, maintenance, and so on. This ensures that we have genuine expertise across the board.
  2. Strong on systems and processes
    We utilise MRI Qube leading-edge software to centralise and manage all aspects of our business – and yours. This gives our team secure and rapid access to important information about your buildings and services, so that we can keep on top of management and maintenance accurately and with ease.
  3. Proactive and ready for legal/industry updates
    Legal statutes and industry guidelines are continually being updated to respond to today’s market demands, hazards and needs. In the last year we have seen updates to the Building Safety Act, Renters’ Rights Bill, Leasehold Reform alone. Our team are on top of these updates and ready to enact change on your behalf.
  4. Providing sound advice and guidance
    Because we have previous deep experience and are actively following governments initiatives, we are in a position to identify the priorities and recognise any implications for our clients – and advise accordingly.
  5. Listening to our clients and responding
    It is essential for us to listen in to our clients whether they are landlords, owners, tenants, residents, freeholders and leaseholders. We aim to understand the pain points and concerns relative to property ownership, management and daily living.     New legislation demands better standards, and we’re here to support the process to ensure safe, clean/tidy and secure buildings This is subject to the scope of the maintenance contract, of course, but we are here to fulfil what is within our remit, as promptly and as effectively as possible
  7. Driving cladding remediation projects

A note from MIH’s MD

When I started MIH 8 years ago, I wanted to stamp my own brand of Property Management on the business. There are too many companies out there offering passive, run-of-the-mill management services with no spark, personality or real value. I was determined to raise the bar and go for the Gold Standard. It isn’t actually rocket science, it’s just good management principals and knowing what you’re talking about. Which we do.

Today, I’m proud of the MIH Team and the services we provide and looking forward to what the next few years will bring.
