Past, present and future
IN THE BEGINNING
MIH was founded by M.D. Sarah Fisher, who following a distinguished career in Property Management set up MIH in 2016. Having witnessed the behaviours of many in the industry, she decided that standards could and should be raised. Her experience with clients – both landlords and tenants – was that things took too long to action, that communication was slow or non-existent and that there was an overriding sense of frustration.
Her motto was: Make It Happen = #MIH

MIH’S ASPIRATIONS
We believe that we have succeeded in what we set out achieve – to raise the bar in Property Management – defining a new higher standard. It’s worth noting that MIH is not a chain, but a boutique agency which ensures that we deliver the personal touch. Our aim is to continue to look for more ways to enhance and refine our Property Management services, so that more landlords and tenants can benefit from an efficiently run building that is safe, well-maintained and a pleasure to live/work in. We will continue to Make It Happen.

Given our objectives and aims, anything less than 100% hurts to hear, but sometimes there are contractual and financial constraints that mean that we simply cannot deliver to the level that would be desirable in an ideal world and if there was a bottomless pot of money available.)
